How many devices can I install your plugins on?

You can install and use the Sinevibes plugins on any amount of computers and/or KORG devices that you personally own.

When is the next sale?

We offer our plugins at the same prices throughout the year. You will never miss a sale, since there is never one. No rush, you can purchase our plugins exactly when you think it's the right time!

Do you offer educational discounts?

Yes we do! We offer educational discounts to both students and staff, on both individual products (30%) and bundles (20%). Please use the contact page to request these discounts and also prepare your enrollment or employment confirmation.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 30-day refund policy. You can request a refund simply but sending us an e-mail.

Are bundle upgrades available?

Yes, you can always buy a bundle upgrade if you own one or more products from the bundle. The upgrade price is calculated by proportionally reducing the bundle price depending on the included products that you already own.

Do you allow license transfers?

Yes, you can transfer your Sinevibes plugin licenses to another person. Please contact us and let us know which plugins you'd like to transfer and the e-mail address of the new owner.
